You can now order your repeat prescriptions, cancel appointments and view a summary of your medical records online. You will need to register with the surgery before using this service. Please also submit proof of ID with your application – this can be a photo of your driving license or passport. Alternatively you can download the NHS App from your mobile phone app provider
