Childhood Immunisations

Please call the surgery to book an appointment with our Practice Nurse for all your child’s routine vaccinations from 8 weeks to 5 years old.  Remember to bring your child’s red book to these appointments

Vaccinations

Routine vaccinations for all ages are available during surgery times by appointment with our nurses. We run the flu clinics in late September each year until the end of March the following year.

All routine travel vaccines given, as well as advice on all aspects of travel health including Malaria advice by our Practice Nurse. There may be charges applicable to certain aspects of travel health, such as Malaria prescriptions and certain vaccinations which the Practice Nurse will discuss with you.

Asthma/COPD

Regular check-ups and advice from practice nurses on lifestyle, inhaler techniques and medication. Patients will also require a yearly review with a Clinician or the Practice Nurse

Diabetes

Regular check-ups, annual review and advice regarding medications, blood tests and lifestyle with the Practice Nurse. Also referrals for eye and foot care if required

New Patient Medicals

All newly registered patients over the age of 5 will require a new patient telephone consultation with our Practice Nurse. Book with Reception staff

Smoking Cessation

For  patients who wish to get help to stop smoking, appointments for the Greenwich Wide Smoking Cessation clinics can be booked by our reception staff.

Contraception

Patients will require their blood pressure to be taken every 6 months by the Practice Nurse, but patients wishing to have the contraception implant or coil will need to speak to the reception staff

Dressings and Stitch/Suture removal

Patient will need to order their dressing before attending their appointment as we do not keep any spare dressings in the surgery. Please order at least 3 days in advance with your chemist or with the reception staff. Some hospitals will give the patient a suture/clip remover please bring this to your appointment
